The proposed design for the IBIS Hotel & Hotel Apartment comprises of premium 3* hotel, and Deluxe hotel apartment. This design contains 416 keys of guestrooms.
This proposed design presents a vision of L- Shape tower (hotel & hotel apartment), to maximize the view of the rooms. The building is distributed around the perimeter of the site in order to create a public amenity in the heart of city.

The proposed design for the AL ANDALUS COMPLEX comprises of premium 4* hotel (Novotel Hotel), 3*hotel (IBIS Hotel), and duplex hotel apartment (Adagio Hotel Apartment) and commercial block with a central landscaped garden on a 9,324 m² site which opens up onto the Red Sea.
This complex contains 675 keys of guestrooms, 7,724 m² of office leasable space and 1,240 m² of retail space. This proposed complex presents a vision of three towers, bound together like many poles, representing shared towers of strength and resilience. The buildings are distributed around the perimeter of the site in order to create a public amenity in the heart of the scheme with a vibrant, welcoming and “open” urban character.
All buildings are designed to minimize the effects of the climate and make optimum use of the site’s commanding views to Sea.

The 13 story, 4 stars hotel development enjoys a superior location in one of Jeddah’s most prime retail and office areas and offers the opportunity to extend the Novotel brand of hospitality in the Northern part of Jeddah. The hotel is composed of 192 guest rooms. Its Food & Beverage facilities compose of Lobby gourmet cafe that seats 30 and an All Day dining restaurant that can serve up to 120 people. It also boast of 2 Ballrooms and 8 meeting rooms for social and corporate events. Leisure and recreational facilities such as state of the art fitness center, outdoor swimming pool and multipurpose play area are provided for the guest to enjoy.

The FBI center, designed with a Mediterranean spirit comprises of a hotel building in conjunction with a food court. The built up spaces have been planned so as to accommodate a multipurpose hologram court in the center with restaurants and coffeshops overlooking it. The food court, along with its various eateries also consists of recreational spaces such as craft rooms, workshops, aquarium, indoor games and cinemas. The hotel, with its own separate access, includes
amenities such as coffee shops, all day diner, business centers, meeting rooms, multipurpose areas executive lounges and a health club/spa along with the guest rooms and suites.
The identity of the design comes from its various Mediterranean features and the central court.

The 8 story, 4 star rated hotel building, created as a vibrant lifestyle destination, reflects the spirit of corporate and business activities. The design complying to international hospitality standards comprises of 403 guest rooms, including 19 suites.
The hotel includes an all-day dining restaurant, cafe, multipurpose halls and health clubs, each of contemporary elegant style. The hotel also boasts of premier business facilities and spacious meeting rooms that offer natural light and flexible meeting spaces for various events, catering to the executive class.

The development is a 4stars hotel and residential apartment building spread over twenty three floors with some retail area on the ground and first floors of the building. It is proposed on a 171886.94 ft² land area adjacent to Umm Suqem Road. The Hotel block comprises of 320 keys of guestrooms including ballroom & meeting facilities, dining & leisure amenities.
The residential apartment block covers 474 units of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms apartments. It also has its dedicated multi-purpose hall and leisure facilities for use of its residents. The retail area boasts of approximately 45,000 ft² of shops and F & B outlets around a central atrium.

The proposed 4-Star Hotel cum Hotel Apartment, located in the Dubai Marina, is designed to create a vibrant and luxurious lifestyle destination that reflects the identity of its location.
The design was conceived by exploring the potentials of the site to create an iconic architectural statement, fostering an ultimate experience for the guests and tenants, consists of 420 hotel rooms and 741 hotel apartments. Amenities such as Retail, Ballrooms, All day dine Cafe, Business centers and a Health Club are a part of the hotel, to enhance the experience further more.
